For designs, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost upon approval. If the project includes production, a 75% deposit of the total cost is mandated, especially since it might involve third-party suppliers.
Typically, we deliver designs in JPEG or flattened PDF formats, or any other non-source format that you might request. Please note, in alignment with our policy, source files are not shared. However, rest assured that the formats provided will ensure the highest quality for your needs, whether it’s for digital platforms or print purposes.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on ensuring our clients are 100% satisfied. You’ll be able to request revisions during the design process. However, please note that the number of revisions might be subject to the package or agreement we have in place.
